Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create a game?

Tap "Play" from the home screen, choose your game mode (vs Friends, vs AI, or Pass & Play), select a category, and start making your Top 5 list!

How do I invite friends?

Create a game room and share the room code with your friends. They can join by entering the code in the app. You can also share an invite link directly via Messages, WhatsApp, or any messaging app.

What are penalties?

When you lose a game, you "Pay the Price" by recording a short video of yourself doing a fun or embarrassing penalty (like singing a song or doing a silly dance). These videos are shared on the live feed for everyone to enjoy!

Can I skip a penalty?

Yes! You can skip penalties by watching an ad and spending coins. VIP members can skip with just coins. But where's the fun in that? 😉

How does vs AI mode work?

Challenge our AI characters (RoastBot, ChillBot, ChaosBot, and more) to a Top 5 battle. You take turns picking, and at the end, choose how the winner is decided: AI Judge, Text a Friend, or let the community vote with Viral Verdict!

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Troubleshooting

App is crashing or not loading

• Make sure you have the latest version of the app
• Try force-closing and reopening the app
• Check your internet connection
• Restart your device
• If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling

Can't join a game room

• Double-check the room code
• Make sure the game hasn't already started
• Check that you're connected to the internet
• Ask the host to share a new invite link

Notifications aren't working

• Go to your device Settings → Top 5ive → Notifications and make sure they're enabled
• Check that Do Not Disturb is off
• Make sure you've granted notification permissions in the app
